Moreland Industrial Land Strategy
Working with Tim Nott, using site surveys, GIS and economic modelling, we have estimated the current economic value of industrial sites throughout Moreland. The work is being used to inform rezoning decisions in light of residential development pressures, particularly in the southern part of the municipality.
